At the front desk, Laura was more than helpful in getting us situated and feeling comfortable while visiting our son who is in university. We felt welcomed with the type of accommodating attention that is warming and kind. "We had an Amazing weeklong stay at Hotel Fortuna. Room was very comfortable, Breakfast was plentiful and delicious; and the Staff was helpful and very supportive. The Desk Host Receptionist was Wonderful ~O'orhah?! She helped us with Everything, logistics, taxis, food delivery etc... We Loved It, and will be back for our next family trip in February 2026."

Only complaint I have is that no cleaning has been done, despite my request per hotel procedure - only got garbage emptied and new towels but no vacuum cleaning, no bathroom cleaning and no fresh beds. Very disappointed for a 8 nights stay. "
