"Pésima experiencia. El señor Juan Avendaño es pésimo anfitrión. Aun cuando la reserva la hice con varios días de antelación, ya estaba paga al 100% desde el momento de la reserva, le confirmé al tipo por WhatsApp porque nunca contestó el teléfono, llegamos allá en la noche y aun cuando el apartamento estaba vacío se negó a entregárnoslo. "The service in Casa Rose is amazing, the staff are incredibly helpful and friendly. They try their best to help you had a wonderful visit in El Carmen. This hotel also has the best shower I had in all of Colombia. The beds are comfortable and the hotel just has a wonderful vibe. Very walkable and staff are helpful to organize transport if needed.
