"Wonderful visit. Friendliest staff ever and will help you with anything. Free parking is a plus. Breakfast was delicious and presented beautifully. Not to mention fresh baked cookies daily along with a reception hour! Our bed was low to floor which may present a problem for some people."

"Bungalow room was fine and very quiet. Bathroom was spacious and well appointed except that there were no hooks to hang clothing, and no flat surfaces to place toiletry bags on. Small details.... Enjoyed the Illy coffee and cookies!"

"We stayed at the Kenwood for my sister's bachelorette trip for three days in early May, and when I say it was one of the loveliest hotel experiences we've ever had, I'm not exaggerating! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away- not only by the building itself, but by the truly incredible service we received at every turn. The staff was attentive, kind, and present without ever feeling intrusive. The perks were a genuine highlight. Complimentary cookies available around the clock and a daily 5–6pm wine tasting made the whole stay feel extra special. We actually got to know the sommeliers who came in from different wineries each day, and walked away having learned more about tasting wine from them than from the wineries we visited ourselves! Breakfast was delightful too... fresh juices, yogurt bowls, and even a lox and bagel station. The amenities were beautiful, well-maintained, but still felt rustic and wild. The rooms were fabulous, and while you do need to request housekeeping each day, the staff accommodated us kindly. There are countless little nooks and spots tucked around the property to sit, relax, and soak it all in so the whole experience truly felt magical. It's a splurge to stay, but I genuinely believe it is worth every penny and the perks made it feel even more so. Couldn't recommend it more!"

"A wonderful stay at the Inn at Sonoma in every way. The location is the best: close to the Square and it’s activities, to beautiful wineries, excellent restaurants, the diRosa outdoor museum, easy to get to Napa and Copia/CIA, the re-opened Cornerstone gardens, the Sonoma Garden Park, etc. The Inn and rooms are lovely and spacious, easy parking, with a very helpful staff, and we’d go back just for the incredible breakfasts. This was our 2nd stay and we’ll be back again. "

"On April 24 I attempted to cancel this reservation for May 1 - 3, realizing I was a few hours after the "deadline." I tried to cancel with the hotel but they said I would have to cancel with you. On that day I texted/messaged you on this site and never received a response. I now see I was charged $508.52 on my credit card, presumably for two nights. I want recourse, and mostly first A RESPONSE from you. What are the components of that charge of $508.52. I have used Expedia for many trips and hotel stays for years. I will use you again if I get some satisfaction in response to this message!!!"

"Yes, nice simple room with a really comfortable bed although I could use fluffy pillows. The hot tub was a nice commodity. It was nice to be able to walk to two James Beard/Michelin recommended restaurants. Overall had a nice pleasant day."
