Check-in went smoothly and we were offered a nice beverage upon arrival. The room is spacious and very clean with many of the necessary amenities. "Wonderful Hotel in a wonderful town and area"

"Hervoragendes Frühstück, Personal sehr aufmerksam und zuvorkommend, sauberes Zimmer. Wellness Bereich haben wir nicht genutzt. Ruhige Gegend. Der Preis für das kleine Zimmer finde ich etwas überteuert. "

"The rooms definitely need renovations. The hallway to reach the room takes a good 20 mn of walk!! On top of having skied all day and paying no less of 700€ a night. The gondola is not even included to reach the town (only at check-in and check-out) which is an additional 22€ per couple per ride. The bed is not comfortable at all and still using 2 single beds which is not adequate for a couple. Room service stops at 9pm which does not make sense! "
