"This was a wonderful stay for our family. It was very clean and well kept. The hotel staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The room was very nicely done out but the room had an open shower, with a window in the room. Not ideal with 2 teenagers! We used the wellness area while we were there and that was gorgeous. It has 2 steam rooms and a sauna, and a very luxurious place quiet rooms. It rained while we were there so we appreciated the down time. The parking was underground and had to book it in advance. The hotel is very centrally located , with a supermarket and bakery opposite, very close to the bus stop that takes you to Neuschwanstein Castle, and minutes to the town centre."

"Beautiful hotel such lovely kind and friendly staff. When I arrived Marko on reception made me feel very welcome. I had a single room which was very comfortable and had a lovely view of the mountains. Breakfast fantastic and very welcoming and friendly staff. Hope very much to return as so good."

"Incredibly cute hotel. Short walk to restaurants and the mountains. The best breakfast ever from cheeses to oatmeal and delightful fruit. Wonderful coffee and teas served all day. We loved it here. Our room had the best mountain view. "
