"Except a grand shell outside, the facility is at the brink of collapse inside. Non-smoking room exudes cigarette smell and the deco is outdated and in urgent needs of updating and replacing. The front desk cannot find Expedia or any outside-China bookings, basically making this facility unfit for international travelers. Book elsewhere preferably a western chain if you come from abroad "

"My husband and I traveled from Chicago and stayed at this hotel for 8 nights while touring Harbin. We had a wonderful stay experience - very friendly staff, excellent amendities, and super convenient location. All for a very friendly price :) We hope to come back here some day!"

"The hotel is showing it’s age. The carpet is old and dirty. The bed is as hard as a board. Breakfast had set menu where you pick from A to D everyday. It wasn’t quite good. The breakfast room was not very appealing. I was there during the virus outbreak where I had to be evacuated to one of their sister hotel since this hotel was very close to the train station. The sister hotel was way better although I only spent 1 night. I would recommend staying near the city center."

"1. Check in is unprofessional, after getting my ID, front desk verified my phone number, after this step, they requested to see my original reservation receipt, which was very confusing. I asked something wrong? They said they just need to check. (Most of holiday in express can finish check in in 30 second, this one takes much longer time). 2. The hardware of hotel is good. 3.
