"Nice location. Pleasant staff. Average hotel. Pros: The staff at the pool and the dining area were good. Cons: 1. As per the staff, tap water is not safe to drink. 2. Need to pay for every small things. Need to weigh your bags in cloak room---pay; need water---pay; want to use the safe---pay; need water when dining---pay! 3. Substandard rooms. Rooms felt like we were back to early 2000s 4. No basic toiletries (except for hand wash and shampoo) was provided. Body wash provided was actually hand wash soap. 5. "it was very clean, had enough parking and the stuff was friendly. The rooms should have more trash bins for recycling (only 1), pool towels would also be good. This website shows that the checkout time is at 12 pm, but the hotels own website shows 11 am on one page and 12 pm on the other page, which was confusing, so I asked the reception and 11 am Easter correct time for checkout.
