"Very nice boutique hotel with very helpful staff and in the center of Verona not far from the Arena. Very clean room with a good bed, good shower and all toiletries supplied. My only real issue is that breakfast starts at 7:30am; I would like it to be earlier because of my work commitments."
"Staff were very friendly and accommodating! They gave me suggestions and directions for places to eat and visit around town. Communication with hotel before my stay was excellent! Room was beautiful, clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed. Thank you for the extra pillows!! Breakfast was delicious and a great value for the price. Excellent location; only a couple of blocks to the train station made it easy to walk to, and just a 20 minute walk to the main area of Verona!! If I come back to Verona, I will absolutely stay here again!"
"My 2nd stay at this truly beautiful hotel and once again, blown away by the level of service and friendliness of staff where nothing is too much trouble.
All of the staff here, go out of their way to ensure your stay is as wonderful as Verona is and I would only ever stay here when visiting.
Location is perfect, rooms spacious and very comfortable. Huge choice at breakfast to set you up for the day ahead and with some clever tips from the knowledgable front desk it really is a gem of a hotel.
thankyou again to all the staff who made our stay fabulous and hello to Mia as well x"
"Great stay in the heart of the old city. The room was spotless, the staff attentive. Minutes walk to all the sites within old city, 25 minutes walk to the station. All amenities are in perfect condition. Would certainly stay again."
"Excellent hotel, the location is central to restaurants & transport for lake cruise or drive to other parts of Lake Garda. The thermal pool & other activities are first class. Recommended hotel."
