"Room was basically clean, bathroom had hair in and around tub. Only 3 pillows, and towels. Could use glasses in bathroom for brushing teeth. And maybe box of kleenex would be nice. Sorry if I'm being picky."

"Some of the staff was really friendly others not so much I just wanted a extra pillow and it was a no i wanted extra towels and that was a no there was 4 I booked and only 3 stayed and only two towels"

"Woman working the desk was great, and seemingly the only employee apart from the cleaning staff. Only hotel in the area, so fine for the basics, but toilets didn't work great, halls were not great-smelling, there was no blanket on bed, and the one day we wanted new towels and cleaning it didn't happen. ..."
