Very clean, beds were comfortable. Hallways were quiet at night during our stay. Front desk staff was very helpful with dinner suggestions and very friendly.

The staff were nice but we had issue with our room - smelled like an ashtray. unfortunately we arrived in the evening after a sporting event and my daughter was exhausted and it was too late to request an alternate room. Nonsmoking should be a clean nonsmoking room - this room was obviously smoked in by a recent guest.

If I had to issue grades, it would go this way: Front desk staff: A. They were very friendly and helpful, meeting our needs with a smile. Breakfast people: A. There was some variety each day, and they were service-oriented and friendly. Housekeeping: F. They were MIA most of our trip despite repeated requests to clean our room. We had to go to the front desk for towels. When they finally did clean our room on the fourth day, they threw out a bag of souvenirs. It was a pleasant stay except for the whole housekeeping fiasco.
