"Great place room had everything neede staff was friendly and helpful. Being at the living treasures animal park was convenient. Room was equipped with king bed hot tub fridge microwave fireplace. Had a really good time and will be there again. "

"This girl is very outdated, cleanliness was not a priority. The furniture is stained and old. The breakfast bar only has white bread, two cereals and yogurt and was never cleaned or restocked. It needs remolded and refurnished 5 years ago"

"The overall appearance was run down. Multiple areas on the walls, inside the elevator were spackled , but not painted. The floor we were staying on seemed like multiple rooms were for long term guests. They all had their "do not disturb " signs taped on the doors. Our peep hole has paper jammed in it a if the last person was afraid someone would be looking in. Our bathroom sink was clogged and drained slowly. We called the front desk, and to give her credit, she came right up with some draino....i guess she's the front desk person, the maintenance guy, and the breakfast buffet lady. The first night the guest to our left was up for hours starting at 3am to curse, and yell at someone on the phone. There was a lot of banging, loud noises, some sobbing. We all got no sleep. The next night, the guest on the right was up dropping the F bomb on the phone with someone and the walls were so thin that we could hear the person on his phone on speaker. Thankfully after midnight he got off the phone. We never saw a single house keeper. There were multiple bags of trash sitting outside the doors of multiple rooms on our floor. Find somewhere else to stay."

"Convenient location near the mall. Plenty of parking. Really nice rooms with nice beds, 3 pillows, very large tv, newer shower/bath. Great one night stay. "

"This is definitely not a place to stay with kids. I was disgusted of even stepping in the shower. There was a used face towel hanging over the shower rod the sheets were stained and there were hairs on them. The box spring showed and it was yellow like it has never been replaced. The matress springs were loud. The noise outside made it difficult to sleep. Everything was just dirty and dusty. I only stayed because we were super tired from driving so many hours but felt like germs were walkimg all over me. I was scared to put my baby on the bed. I would never stay there again. The toilet was leaking as well. The parking was fine and the lady that checked me in was very welcoming. But this place can definitely use a good cleaning and remodeling. "

"Perfect as a basecamp for hiking in the area. Room was very spacious with adequate lighting. Everything very clean. Park right up to the room. It sits back away from the main road so was quiet also. Will definitely stay here again when in the area. Convenient to gas, food, etc. Even the minifridge was a good size with the largest freezer compartment I’ve seen at any hotel/motel (I bring cooler with freezer packs so was nice to be able to refreeze them). "

"Great stop over on way to DC….room impeccably clean, beds comfortable, bed linens clean and crisp, front desk and breakfast staff very helpful and friendly. Appreciated the water, coffee and fresh fruit upon checking in….will definitely return on future trips to DC."
