"Staff are very kind and proactive in general. Also very respectful. It felt good to be a women and wear normal clothes without being always over looked at. We had a superior room, and it was spacious and very clean! The cleaner cleaned everything, like shower, floor & bed every day. "Amazing holiday in a wonderful hotel! Loved the beach! Just the kids club and amenities for children to play could be a lot better, this was a bit disappointing. But everything else amazing. We come back next year! Please give the kids a lot more toys especially near the restaurant (that room is empty!!) and put the kids disco half an hour later or the dinner half an hour earlier (early access for families?) as 7 pm is super late. :) "
