"It was a not memorable experience, the flat was not very good cleaned, with some humidity flyes, floors not washed and a bit mould marks in the shower. It was not washing machine as was offered, some towels services and toilet rools, but not any other supplies, so not possible to brush or clean the toilet properly. After a long day of travel being told "please stop speaking" and being ignored was not a good experience. They do not treat their guests like guests.
