"I liked the location, which was good for accomplishing what I wanted to do in Wroclaw. I disliked the breakfast, having been gazumped by another guest who helped himself to my (rather well located) table whilst I was away at the buffet. My food went cold as staff tried to get him to sit where they had shown him, but he simply refused to go anywhere. And I still paid full price for my cold breakfast - money which the staff were very keen to extract from me, despite having a piss-poor experience."
