"시설이 낡았다는 평은 많이 들어서 크게 기대하고 가지 않았지만 실제로 보니 충격적이었음. 옛스러움과 관리를 하지 않아 낡아 보이는 것은 큰 차이가 있음. 방안에 있는 가구들은 모두 망가져 있고, 냉장고도 재활용센터에서도 보기 어려울 정도의 오래된 상태. 트래디셔널룸(황토온돌방)에서 묵었는데 욕실의 전구도 깜박깜박이고, 욕실에 창문이 없어서 답답함. 잘 때 방안 온도는 적절해서 따뜻하게 잘 수 있었음. 전체 평은...온천은 할 만 하겠으나 절대로 숙박은 하고 싶지 않은 곳임. 시설이 노후화 된 것이 문제가 아니라 관리를 안 하고 있는 것이 문제임."
