When we arrived again at 4pm we were directed to self check in machines in a huge queue and told we needed to check in again. At the machine, scanned passport but it couldnt find my booking, tried entering my details, still couldnt find the booking so was redirected to the counter. Hotel Grand Cocoe Kurashiki

10/10 Excellent

"Great location, modern, clean and well maintained hotel. Room was a decent size. Would stay there again. We arrived at 12.30/1pm at it was a hard no for check-in. Came back at 2.45pm and a different staff member checked us in. Maybe the room wasn't ready or maybe hotel policy. It was the first time in a long time I have not had a hotel accommodate a slightly earlier check-in. Just be mindful if travelling with bags etc they have no storage area for luggage and its held in the lobby area."
