"Very busy hotel, but staff were friendly and helpful. Great location close to central station. Beautiful park right across the street. Easy walking distance to Gamla Stan and the harbour. Our room was nice and had a view of that park but disappointing that we specifically booked a Family Room (well in advance) and got a deluxe twin with a cot for our son. We paid for a family room and I questioned it, but was told we got upgraded and honestly l didn’t feel like arguing, so took the room as is. I wish hotels would honour the reservation as booked. I cared more about comfortable bedding than a view. Anyway- would recommend but would suggest confirming room type prior to arrival to make sure you actually get what you paid for."
