"Everything was clean and neat, the igloo is unique and fantastic,but there were no slippers, no split shampoo and body wash and most importantly there was not any safe box, and it produced trouble when we decided to go for snow activity we should take all passport , money , etc.Breakfacst was good and multi items. Staffs were very friendly. The chack in was too late , 4 pm for the hotel with such high prices and that time there was almost night."

"Great hotel in a slightly remote location—if that’s what you’re looking for, it’s perfect. We absolutely loved our stay, and it was very convenient for all the activities we wanted to do. The guides were excellent, and it’s a fantastic spot for seeing the Northern Lights. Breakfast and dinner were both delicious and well presented.
