"The hotel is over 100 years old, but the "charm" was more satisfying than a few modern amenities the facility may have lacked. We enjoyed our morning coffee while sitting on the beautiful porch overlooking the Portneuf River. It was fun to soak in the hot pools which are located on the lower level of the building. Breakfast was included in the cost of the room, and it was delicious. Diane, the front desk host, was friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay at the Riverside again!"
