"Misleading advertisement and management didn’t respond when we complained. I booked a cabin via hotels.com at Finca el Mazo for my family including our two young children. It was advertised as being family friendly with lots of activities including swimming pool, football, games room and basketball. "We weren't expecting much as the hotel was not in the most attractive part of the city and on a major road intersection. Our room was a delight though. Large and comfortable. Air con and little noise pollution. Bathroom was clean and comfortable. I was able to store my bike in a secure room in the basement. The car garage was secure and we were happy to leave it there. The breakfast was good in the morning. The main areas are a safe walk away through an underpass. We enjoyed our one night stay here."
