"The staff were amazing. Our car couldn’t start because the diesel fuel froze but they helped us to thaw the engine parts out and restart the car. Everyone was very nice! Little nice details we liked was the shower rack is heated so you get heated towels after a shower from a long ski day! Beds were super comfy! Can’t beat the location! Physically closest to ski field! Ski shop just downstairs. Private transport to Perisher from hotel. Can’t ask for more! "
