"The location was extremely convenient for the Digby Ferry. Staff were friendly and helpful. The chef and waitress did all they could to accommodate my dietary needs. Parking was right outside your room door. The advertisement is somewhat misleading by saying there is a view of the Bay. There is - but only if you stand by the window. The windows are too high for one to see the view once you sit down on the furniture in the room and there is no balcony. There is an enclosed seating area at the front of the building. It was disappointing not to be able to sit by the window to see the view."

"Room didn't have soap for the bathroom, which is fine by the way, but when I asked the front desk they were unable to assist so I had to go out and buy my own soap! Also, when checking out and putting my stuff in the car, a staff member came out and told me to settle up at the front desk. They didn't want to honor my Expedia transaction and asked me to pay for the two nights at a much higher rate. After a bit of back and fourth, and showing proof of the transaction, they finally agreed to let it go. They weren't rude or anything, they just didn't know how to process things through Expedia. They are under new management, which is very obvious, so book with a little understanding until they are more established."

"Great place to stay. Very quiet, friendly atmosphere, breakfast is included which sadly we didn’t get the chance to take part of. They have tennis courts and a pool to use. The staff are so accommodating and friendly. While the place is an old style home it has so much character. Beds were comfortable. The bathroom clean. We would stay here again"

"Very clean and cozy. Huge room and very well isolated you don't hear any other clients and the inn was full when we stayed. Delicious breakfast, although a bit early if you like to sleep in. The hosts were amazing, very kind."
