"was put in a room next to elevator, elevator was rubbing squeeling reported to front desk, they refused to move us, noise kept us up all night long. terrible experience. she said they didn't have any other rooms and refused to move us the hotel was clearly NOT full capacity. Elevator certificate was out of date expired."

This made me kind of locked in, but the bus service to and from the ski lodges did make it possible to ski. And that was the main reason I stayed at Mountain Green Resort the proximity and shuttle service."
