"Communication from both the property and Expedia was very poor. Note that you will have to make a bank transfer (NOT email transfer, cash, visa, or anything else) to complete the booking. "Our suite was lively and spacious. The breakfast had a nice Polish flair to it, not just the usual hotel buffet. The location is walking distance to many restaurants, cafes, and shops. Be mindful of the check-in times and contact management if you will be arriving later in the evening."

"Amazing modern hotel in a great quiet location. A five minute walk to the main shopping area. Rooms were spacious and clean. Staff were superb, very helpful and polite. Strong WiFi signal. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of options and the restaurant provided tasty meals. Plus I was given a takeaway lunch when I checked out. Cannot fault this hotel. I definitely recommend this hotel."

"Great Location! The hotel is located walking distance from the train station. When you get off the train, it's a short walk straight up the hill. You will need to know this because the locals will probably not want to help you with directions. The lady that greeted us at the front desk was very friendly and helpful! She was accommodating and nice. The pool and hot tub were wonderful after a day of hiking. The lady working the spa was unfriendly, but that's to be expected from many of the locals. The rooms were nice but very dated. If you go when the weather is cooler, you will be fine, but it is good to know for the warmer months, there is no air condition in the rooms. If you sleep with the window opened, there are cars and street noise. They did bring us a fan, but when the temperature rises to the 80s... you may want a room with AC. The shower was tiny. My husband took a shower in the locker room at the pool and it had plenty of room. It's a wonderful place to stay, just be aware of the AC situation. Also, The Brooklyn Brewery next door is an excellent place to eat! The food is wonderful and you get huge portions. The staff was also friendly."
