Princess Royale Oceanfront Resort

"The location on the beach was the best, easy walk. The indoor pool was nice but the temp in the pool needed to be higher because you couldn’t swim in it past 3 pm without it being freezing. The side corner balconies are very sketchy to sit on. The rooms themselves need a lot of maintenance done. Our towel rack was broken along with almost all of our closet doors and 2/3 of our TVs were broken. The place was clean and the service was great."

"Love the location. Great view, safe, and on the boardwalk. Only complaints are the sewage smell once you leave the room (smell started to get into the room toward the end of the week) and also had a kitchenette with only a pot for the stove and two plates. We were also an end unit across from the trash chute so maybe that is why the smell? Didn’t leave my parking spot once I paid for hotel parking because spots are limited. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Worth it for the location. Bubba, Katie, Elena, and Mikey are exceptional employees. Despite my small complaints, I would definitely stay there again."

"The hotel has a convenient location, parking, and affordable for a trip. The hotel is outdated and pool areas required daily maintenance (kept finding hair in pool water while swimming both rooftop and indoor). Elevators also take so long so if you can’t walk up and down stairs do not stay here."

"The room was 2 queens and a sofa bed, the beds were comfy & the below 25yr old on the sofa bed slept like a log lol The room smelt clean so did the beddings (although the comforters could use an upgrade ( →_→) ) The staff were helpful & professional. Super close to the beach so that was perfection! The fridge worked wonderfully. The shower press6was average, sufficient for a 2-night stay. I definitely plan to return next year for a longer stay,(coz I didn't get to do the pool thing :-p)"

"Room was clean, but outdated. Shower faucet did not turn off properly, visible signs of wear and age, mildew smell coming from air conditioning. Staff were kind and helpful. Arcade rooms great for kids."
