"The room was very spacious. We had 2 very comfortable queens beds. The bathroom was clean although out dated. I am not a fan of the wall-mounted blow dryers. The room was clean, although the carpet had a lot of stains but everything else was clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The 3:00 pm check in and the noon check out was a nice touch. My only complaint is the in room coffee. They still have the "tea bag" coffee makers. They need to upgrade to at least a Keurig."

"The staff was very helpful with scheduling an early shuttle to the airport. The property was a little run down as to be expected being so close to the airport. The rooms/bathrooms were not very clean, dust on the carpet under furniture, hair that was not mine on the bathroom wall, the toilet moved when you sat down. I was expecting a little more overall with it having such good reviews, I was definitely disappointed, but it served it's purpose."

"The staff was not overly friendly. The hotel had minimal amenities. It is very noisy. The bed was comfortable. It appears there are long term renters staying at the hotel. We were woken up at 5am due to people yelling and cussing in the room next to us. I called the front desk but the commotion continued for an hour and half. You also have to pay to park. There are no other options to park near the hotel."

"The front desk staff were very kind and informative with information about shuttles, nearby restaurants, etc. Pro: there is a free shuttle from the airport and back. Unfortunately, although somewhat clean, it was outdated, and our room had a huge gap around the door frame so big you could actually see the hallway outside. I did not mention it to staff since it was a 1 night stay for a cruise, but I felt extremely uncomfortable. The "continental breakfast" was the worst I've seen. Cereal, oatmeal packages to prepare, oranges, small mini muffins, and coffee. We walked to the nearby Denny's. We will not be staying here again, although the staff were very kind. "
