"Although check in says 3:00, we were informed it is actually 4:00. Someone needs to clarify that. I truly don’t know if my original room ever became ready, because after an hour and half of waiting it still was not. My first encounter with a girl at the front desk did not go well. She wasn’t friendly and very rude.However another attendant was very kind and went out of her way to “find” me a room that was available since my original reservation was not ready. I will say, I did find the manager and he was kind and tried to make it right upon my suggestion. Overall, the place is completely unorganized on their checkin. If you need your room promptly, I suggest staying somewhere else."

"It was a little confusing coming into the front entrance as the valet or front guy was literally yelling and rude even though we had no idea where we were supposed to go or what to do upon arrival. We made it to underground parking with valet and from there up to lobby and checkin was smooth. Room was great, and view was beautiful "

"There was only one out of 4 elevators working to the floor that we were staying on. Next morning the staff offered the service elevator, but getting to the 28th floor first afternoon took at least 30 min or more. The staff was helpful with water and extra blankets, very courteous, but this huge hotel is just not really my preference. "
