"My daughter and I really enjoyed this hotel. The fireplace in our room and balcony over the river made us feel very fancy. Everything was clean and comfortable. The real standouts were the staff. Every staff member we encountered left us smiling. The overnight front desk woman when we checked in at 11 pm was a delight. I wish I could remember her name, but I know she has a gorgeous singing voice! The two women we met for breakfast were busy keeping everything stocked and fresh, went out of their way to hold the door for us when we took our plates to-go, and made sure we got everything we could want. The only downside I can think of was there was only one little hand soap for the sink and one little shampoo. No body wash or conditioner, but to be fair, I didn't ask if there was any available. Next time, we will bring our shower stuff from home. We will definitely stay here again. "

"The hot tub was not hot enough. There was some laundry items left from a previous guest tucked in between the mattress and wall. The soap dispenser was not completely attached in the shower. Very loose. We loved the fire it and smores and the bowling"

"I would defintely stay here again. The checkin was smooth and the young lady was so nice. The room was very nice but dont think i want to be next to the elevator again...very noisy,like a bomb going off,when in use but great room. Loved the balcony the lil river was my favorite. The room ws set up nice had a coffee pot so i was happy. The housekeper was spot on in keeping the room cleaned. She was super nice to. The young man at check out was good. I would stay again. We were there Saturday 21st to Wednesday the 25th 2026. Keep u the great work. "

"We were within a few miles of driving to a falls, everything was in walking distance i.e. food, attractions. This is our second time staying here and it was wondeful."
