"The third floor ice machine was out of order and they said to use the one on the fourth floor when I went up to the fourth floor, the ice machine did not work so I went down to the second floor that machine did not work either so I had to go to the first floor just to get ice"

"Staff there are GREAT, and super people to talk to. This is an older building with that shows its age pretty well. Rooms were clean and well .kept. Breakfast bar is A1. Grandkids lived the pool. There is a grilling area that we used and enjoyed."
