"Shy at the front desk was excellent!! Very kind and welcoming, seemed to genuinely care about my experience. Room itself was a bit odd, looks like it hasn’t been updated since the property was built. But basically clean and adequate."

"When we arrived the elevator was broken and I felt that some token accommodation should've been offered. The weekend desk managers seemed young and a little clueless, certainly for people in the "hospitality" industry to say nothing of a hotel of this caliber. The magnified mirror in the bathroom was broken and no great effort was made to fix it. Not a bad experience but not a great one."

"The motel was lovely, extremely comfortable and very clean. The amenities were wonderful and the grounds thoroughly enjoyable. The gentleman at the front desk when I checked in was very helpful and had excellent customer service skills. The only minor things against the motel was the shower was not hot barely warm, the breakfast was late at being opened, (I waited till 7:20 and there still was no hot food available), and there was no freezer in the fridge. All very minor. In general the hotel was wonderful."
