It was a blizzard outside and I had already booked and paid for the room. i used the couch in the front lounge for some nap time because it was already 3am. Called the phone repeatedly, and walked around the entire hotel for a good 30 minutes. Just wanted to sleep. Finally a maintenance man walked out and found me and he still couldn't find the attendant. Finally got into my room an hour and a half after I arrived.
