"Parking was easy. The room was a total disappointment. Ring around the tub, bed was awful. Complained and rather apologize, staff said no one has ever complained about that room. They gave us another room which was just ok. Breakfast was very basic and short staffed, very poorly managed. Ran out of bacon and coffee and took 15 minutes to replenish. I felt the front desk staff were just putting in their hours. Overall would recommend never to stay there. $350 a night, definitely not worth it! "

"There is no one on site to let you in. Expedia was to email a code to get into the building but was not received. Luckily we were able to get help from someone staying there who gave us the phone number to reach someone to give us a code to get into our room."
