"Would not recommend, I booked a week in advance. Went to go check in, there was a sign on the door saying “not available till after 4”. We were heading back to get checked in and got an email stating we were cancelled. "

"Overall this property served my purpose for one overnight. It was very quiet. The bathroom.was exceptionally clean but the room a little less so. Bed was a little squeaky but linens were clean. Thank you to the staff person who got my TV working."

"The lead-up to this one night stay was THE most stressful hotels dot com experience of my entire life. I paid for the room in December 2025, and between December 2025 and April 2026, I called Hotels.com for help to reschedule since I made a mistake and scheduled it during a time when one of my children was still in school and the other was on spring break. Numerous hours spent on phone calls, chats and emails were in vain as they claimed they couldn’t reach the property. I could not reach the property either, but since it is 2026, a landline phone should not have been their only option. I was forced to take my child out of school for two days. Even calling Choice Hotels, the parent company, didn’t help. When we finally got to the hotel, I asked why they didn’t answer their phones - ever - and they claimed their phone system was down and it would be back up shortly. How could a phone system be down for three months? They gave me an email address for future reference. Why didn’t Hotels.com have this? The stay itself was OK. We were just there for the sunrise, and nothing else. We had the free continental breakfast ( no eggs ) and coffee, and the staff apologized to us for the inconvenience. My husband told me that being on the balcony, watching the sun come up was his “happy place” on two different occasions, so I guess it was worth it. "

"Very cute and updated waterside themed rooms. The building and facilities were immaculate. They have tried to make note of everything and it runs very efficiently even when arriving during hours when not staffed. I really liked this hotel."

"for the price, room was average, service was average. Charged for resort fee (twice) only stayed one night, late fall everything is really not active in the resort so why the fee, restaurant charged $30 for a glass of Chardonnay when there were other options that were never offered by the bartender."
