"Only thing I ain’t like was having to get pool towels from the front desk. Because I didn’t know! We got in the water and had to walk to the front desk wet and cold to get towels. Other than that. GREAT HOTEL IM STAYING HERE EVERY TIME IM IN GRAND RAPIDS.. ROOMS WAS CLEAN AND NICE. THEY GOT ONE OF THE BEST SHOWER HEADS I EVER SEEN WITH UNLIMITED HOT WATER.OMG WE SLEPT LIKE BABIES. HOTEL WAS SO QUIET AND COMFORTABLE. LOCATED BY EVERY STORE AND RESTAURANT YOU CAN THINK OF. WORTH THE MONEY."

"Staff all very friendly. Breakfast and early snacks good. Everything was very clean. Just that the 2 queen suite lacked some things that for the price would have expected a little more. Small bathroom for a suite, no amenities. No extras , not even a pen/paper, Kleenex or maybe a sink at the coffee bar, small fridge. Maybe kinda picking but for over $700 for three nights. Think because free booze and snacks at night satisfies most people."

"Rooms were dirty and was told there wasn't cleaning staff. Second night couldn't sleep because of amount of noise on 4th floor. Nothing on phone as to how to contact main desk. Staff friendly, Continental breakfast nice. Pet friendly."

"The property was older, but kept very well. The pool was a lot of fun for our family, and there is a basketball court outside that we did not get to use but looked like it would be fun as well! Breakfast was pretty basic for hotel food, but there was plenty of food even during the busiest times. But what won the show was the staff. They were very accommodating and kind to us and our little one. Would definitely stay here again."

"No hot breakfast, but compensated by covering parking fee...shuttle service was a plus! All in all a great stay!"

"Parking was good, got to park right outside the door. Room was clean enough the shower floor was a little worn out looking though, but the rest of the room was great. Devided living and bedroom so that someone can stay up and the other can go to bed without being bother by the light of the TV. Staff was friendly enough although a little hard to understanding. Breakfast was good, but no protein only carbs and some fruit."

"I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Gina, Veenus, Kayla, Haley, and Cynthia were amazingly efficient, professional, friendly, and thoughtful. The breakfast was great and even hot! I will definitely stay again if I’m in the area. Rachelle To help you remember, my family and I stayed for my nephew’s graduation and one of the ladies admired my LV bag and I admired hers. That might have been Veenus. ❤️"
