The hotel staff didn't manage the guest who were completely unacceptable rude and yelling to other guests. The hotel didn't want to call the emergency number, the guests did. There was no communication from the hotel during the crisis or afterwards. The wifi didn't work. "

"Breakfast was sad. Commercial pastries in a city renowned for its croissants and bagels. Although marketed as an historical hotel, it was standard with slightly larger rooms however with smaller bathrooms. It was a lovely spring day when we stayed there and after a day of shopping we would have B loved to enjoy a glass of wine in a patio. Instead we were told there is rumours of a patio but I have no idea. Sadly we had to retire to our room with a view of a wall. This property really needs to embrace its heritage and bring it forward. Until it does that it is just standard with a facade. It is a gem with no vision. Sad. Having said that it was as I would expect from any commercial hotel chain. It was clean the staff was outstanding and it was average. "
