Corridor and entrance looked a bit tired, so the room spacious and clean room was a pleasant surprise. Very quiet, apart from the howling wind. Room had a cosy feel and the water pressure in the bathroom was excellent. Check-in staff very helpful. Gave useful tip to park in garage, so we could get out and in without getting wet in the downpour.

Good parking, close to town amenities and restaurants. Good breakfast. Local bus passes directly outside to Bruges and other locations. Walk into Sluis in 7 minutes comfortably. Wi-Fi is adequate for my needs. Hotel could probably benefit from an upgrade but it is comfortable and clean.i have used this hotel 5 or 6 times and always found it very comfortable.recommend it to anyone.

One night stay, good location

This was a one night stay as we were away for a weekend and thought the town of Sluis was worth a visit, managed to check in early, as it should have been 3pm, room was ok, although had to leave as many windows open as we could, aircon didnt seem to be working, breakfast although continental was more than we had expected, had a drink from the bar the 1st night, bar staff were friendly and service was swift, thank you guys.

Nice location to visit Sluis and Zeeland!

Very nice historical building. Hotel located in walking distance from city center. Huge free parking at disposal. It includes a restaurant, bar, fitness and a casino. Our room was comfortable with a good size, as well as a huge bathroom. What could be improved? Interior of hotel and the rooms would need a refreshement, carpets both in corridor and rooms, improve facilities (wash basin shelves + storage in bathroom), update tv channels, improve design of breakfast room which looks too oldfashioned, dark and a bit creepy.

Parts of the building needed work. Paper coming off walls, carpet not put down properly. Floors not level. I liked the breakfast and especially the dining room. When I checked in I was told it was all paid up except for a tourist fee. I paid that then. On checkout the woman was very nervous and appeared incompetent. . . She said it had to pay again. I told her I would not pay for the same room twice. But I will pay if it turns out that I haven't. So please let me know.

We hadden een goed verblijf. Zijn al meerdere keren in dit hotel geweest. Goede ligging, net buiten het centrum van Sluis. Het hotel is wel gedateerd, en heeft echt onderhoud nodig. Een beetje vergane glorie.

Ietwat verouderd hotel. Niet alles even proper. Misten wat extras op de kamer: waterkokertje, frigo,... Wel een perfectie locatie, ruime kamer, vriendelijk personeel en parkeermogelijkheid in een stad als Sluis wel een grote meerwaarde.

Mehr Schein als sein. Absolut kein 4 Sterne Standard. Die Zimmer sind renovierungsbedüftig, die Einrichtungsgegenstande sind teilweise defekt und abgewohnt. Die Sauberkeit lässt zu wünschen übrig. Das Frühstück ist jeden Tag gleich, sehr lieblos angerichtet, die Auswahl sehr gering. 2 Sorten Käse, 1 Sorte Wurst. Die Bedienung sehr unfreundlich.

Aan de balie vriendelijk, in restaurant kon er nog geen goedemorgen gezegd worden . Eitjes koud en beperkte keuze koffiekoeken. Verder dient vasttapijt dringend opgebroken te worden , stof en oud ... schimmel op de raamarmaturen . Hotel is verouderd. Gelukkig was het bad en de lababo wel proper en ook de handdoeken . Geen Fletcher naam waard en zeker niet aan te bevelen

Wat een vieze kamer. Te smerig voor woorden. Vuile en rullige stinkende vloerbedekking. Zeer vuile vieze en loshangende vitrage. Zwarte wc pot. Muffe geur op kamer en extreem benauwd. Bar gesloten, op website wordt hier juist reclame voor gemaakt. Ontbijt van zeer laag niveau. Ongezellig, verouderd en muf ruikend hotel. Geen enkele sfeer. Personeel doet niks om je gast te laten voelen. Wat een afknapper voor €410,- ! Nooit maar dan ook echt nooit meer.

We did select this hotel ammongst the other because they have a bar and a restaurant. The bar was closed, without any further explanation. The restaurant was working under minimal personal occupation and could not take our reservation upon arrival. If we knew this in advance we would have selected another hotel, even if it was more expensive. Very unsatisfied about Fletcher Sluis!!

Agréable séjour dans l ensemble

Dans l ensemble notre séjour c est bien passé Un rafraîchissement des chambres est nécessaire , notamment la moquette de la chambre assez dangereuse car toute pliée sur toute la surface, manque si pas machine à café mais au moins une bouilloire, manque produits d hygiène que du savon dans distributeur, douche difficile de régler la température sans vous ébouillanter. Bon petit déjeuner. Pour le dîner salle de restaurant agréable par contre plats assez cher pour une qualité pas terrible.

Het hotel ligt 5 minuten lopen van de winkels in het centrum van Sluis. Er is ruim voldoende gratis parkeerruimte bij het hotel. Eigenlijk een prima hotel maar wel met wat achterstallig onderhoud. De bedden en kussens zijn goed en de kamers ruim en van alles wat wij belangrijk vinden voorzien. Voor de prijs echter een prima keuze en een goed ontbijtbuffet in de ochtend.
