We were located on the third floor, so be prepared to walk up stairs if that is an issue (not for us, though getting suitcases up and down took some time). There were no batteries in the tv remote and after buying and replacing them the tv was found to be faulty. A replacement tv arrived 3 days later. The property is advertised as being air-conditioned but this turns out to be a mobile...
