"Hotel staff are very nice and very good at apologising. The aircon didnt work at all, the safe didnt work at all, the wifi didn't work in our room. And was fairly bad near reception. It was a really uncomfortable stay. Nothing was offered to alleviate the heat in the room. The breakfast was very basic. No choice , no cereal, no yoghurt.
