"This hotel provides the basics, but it’s definitely showing its age. The building and facilities feel tired and in need of proper maintenance. Check‑in was efficient, though the staff were quite detached, which didn’t create much of a welcome. Our room was clean and neat, but unfortunately it looked nothing like the photos shown on the hotel’s website. The difference was disappointing and felt misleading. It’s an affordable option, and you do get what you pay for, but more accurate presentation and some investment in the property would make a difference."

"I had the continental breakfast which was fine but coffee received on my 2nd and 3rd day was not good. The coffee I received on the first day was good. The reception staff only seemed to greet you if you spoke to them. The staff at breakfast were nice and friendly. The room was in need of a makeover and upgrade. The room was dated and there was a smell from the restaurant that emerged into the bathroom. The smell was not pleasant. The tv in the room was poor, the sound seemed to go off a lot and the picture was fuzzy. The radiator had a loose panel hanging from it. I’m surprised the cleaning staff don’t report this."
