"My family and I loved our stay at Lyngmo Hytter. The cabin we stayed in was cozy, and had a great view of the surrounding lake. The staff were friendly and helpful upon check-in and check-out, making the process stress-free. The shared washroom facility was clean and well stocked with supplies. The buffet breakfast had a wide selection, with excellent quality local food staples. I would definitely come back and stay for longer to thoroughly explore the surrounding area."

"We stayed one night and found this a comfortable hotel in a wonderful location. We had spent the day in Flåm, and arriving in Aurland was a welcome relief: a quieter, more settled town with a far more relaxed feel. Check in was straightforward at what is a small hotel sitting just off the road. Dinner was served in the hotel restaurant and was of excellent quality, which matters in a place where options are few. My only real criticism concerns our room, which was right at the top of the hotel. The lift only goes as far as the first floor, so the last stretch is on foot, and the headroom under the roof felt tighter than in other rooms. It did, though, have a superb view over the fjord. On balance we were happy with it, with the caveat that it was sold as a deluxe room and did not quite feel like one. The hotel has limited facilities beyond the restaurant, so do not expect a spa or gym. Even so, I would strongly recommend it to anyone looking for a good quality, comfortable stay in a beautiful setting, away from the crowds of Flåm."
