"Super friendly and helpful staff, my husband and I got some trouble on our way to Jesenik, and the staff was super understanding and pacient with us! Loved the facilities, definitely a place to rest and decompress. The pool and sauna are amazing, and the views from there during the winter are incomparable. We will come back for sure! "We recently stayed at this hotel for a 3-day getaway, and it was fantastic. The hotel appears to be recently renovated, featuring clean and comfortable rooms. The breakfast was delicious and well-organized, ensuring each room knows exactly where to sit, which avoids any confusion. However, breakfast hours are a bit limited, running only from 8-9 AM. "I prepaid the stay partly by redeeming Expedia reward points, partly with a credit card. However the property billed me upon checkout, apparently for the value of the redeemed points. This was a very unwelcome surprise."

"Moc hezky hotel zvenci i uvnitr, vsude cisto a teplo, nic nam nechybelo, a vyuzili jsme i privatni wellness, bylo levne. Nedaleko byla sjezdovka, na niz jsme dosli v klidu pesky, v hotelu pak susarna s moznosti uskladneni snowboardu. Komunikace s pani spravcovou byla vyborna."
