The fridge wasn't on, and guests aren't told, you have to turn the fridge on to use it. 2 lamps were broken or didn't work. The room was ungodly hot and the AC didn't work (keep in mind it's January and we felt we needed AC). The TV turned the volume down by itself multiple times as well. TO TOP IT ALL OFF. The front desk calls the room before 11, to ask if you're going to check out soon. I think that's a rude practice to do. I paid nearly $200 for a very neglected room and it was a disappointment. Also their cafe coffee machine was out of order as well.

The room is neglected and old. The heating system doesn’t allow setting a temperature or using a thermostat and is very noisy. The showerhead is fixed to the wall and sprays in all directions. The sound insulation is poor, and noise from neighboring rooms makes it hard to sleep. The staff is Friendly and welcoming.

The room we were in was OK but the bathroom was horrible. The toilet had a terrible lean and the floor was crooked. The towel rack had more rust on it than metal. The shower head sprayed water all over. Beds and pillow were comfortable. Staff were very friendly and helpful with places to eat.

Hotel was decent. Room was clean and beds were comfortable. Room was a bit noisy being on the first floor. Could hear air conditioning kicking on incrementally throughout the night. The continental breakfast was also not very good. Probably wouldn’t stay here again but it was fine.
