"Th hotel is located 5 minutes from the train station—though that isn't exactly "close." On the positive side, the decor is minimalist; however, the staff seemed disorganized. (The in-room safe wasn't working, and we received five different explanations until we finally got the definitive verdict from a more honest employee, who admitted that the safe in that specific room was broken.) The room itself was clean, featuring a good-sized bathroom and a kitchenette. My biggest issue is that the room suffered from a lack of maintenance. Since the hotel is relatively new, this isn't a major problem *yet*—but the issues were numerous: an inoperable safe, closet doors off their tracks, a disconnected cooktop, a TV that wouldn't turn on because its power cable was unplugged at the back, and a used sponge left in the sink. Preventive maintenance is definitely not "up to date." They suggested moving us to a different room, but we didn't feel the need, as we were leaving in the morning and only returning at night to sleep. I don't usually write reviews containing destructive criticism—I work in the hospitality industry myself—but I decided to write this one because these are problems that could be solved very quickly, easily, and at practically no cost. All that's needed is a little more attention from whoever supervises room turnover, along with better coordination among the staff members. A definite highlight was the airport shuttle—a perfect 10!
