"About as basic as you can get. Our room smelled like stale smoke and the bathroom faucet was wobbly. It was clean and the property felt safe. We were there for a festival and barely spent anytime in the room. "

Lake View, Lake Shore should well be a view of the lake , or a room by the lake shore- I have a 360 view of the parking lot, but due to my terminal cancer, too weak to defend my rights from bait and switch bad business behavior. Who ever thought of punishing long-term, low-maintenance loyal guest? Greed. Yes, pay your bills, but for an extra $50? Honestly? So sad, compassion is out the window. Praise GOD for all good things and forgive the cold calculated people."

"They gave away my room, charged me for another room and hid for five days so they couldn’t get my refund. Also had talk to a front desk a day prior to check in and still gave away my room, More likely will have to talk to a lawyer"
