"We had 2 rooms total.The room assigned to my sister & looked clean except for one corner in the bathroom. We had a small fridge which was nice, but no microwave in the room. My daughter's room was missing a trash can /recycle bin combo. The trash can in her bathroom had no liner & had standing water inside. She asked for this to be remidied & received a trash/recycle receptical fairly quickly. The beds were very comfortable. The elevator closest to our rooms broke down after we went up to our rooms, but there was another one a little further away that worked fine. Overall, I would stay here again. "

" I’m extremely frustrated with my recent experience. I booked this reservation weeks in advance, paid a higher rate, and checked in as planned. After arrival, I noticed the exact same room is now priced $146 less than what I paid. When I reached out for assistance, I was told I’m not eligible for any adjustment simply because I used a small amount of One Key Cash—roughly $3 to $5. This policy feels unreasonable and honestly misleading. A minimal reward credit should not completely disqualify a customer from receiving fair pricing or any type of price adjustment, especially when the difference is this significant. I made the effort to book early, which is typically encouraged, yet I’m now being penalized for it. From a customer standpoint, this comes across as a lack of transparency and flexibility. It creates the impression that loyalty rewards are being used as a loophole to avoid honoring fair pricing practices. I’ve used your platform expecting consistency and customer-first service, but this situation has done the opposite. I’m not asking for anything excessive—just a reasonable adjustment or credit that reflects the current rate difference. Situations like this make customers reconsider using the platform in the future. I would strongly urge you to review this policy, as it negatively impacts customer trust and overall experience."

"We were placed in three different rooms. The first room did not have a working thermostat and due to staff being gone for the day no one would be able to maintenance it. The second room reeked of cigarette smoke, the thermostat was hanging on by a thread and the curtains were so badly stained. The third room was satisfactory, no odor, working thermostat and stain free. The front desk staff was pleased and apologetic for the inconvenience. Breakfast staff was very polite and attentive, although the selection of food was limited. We were pleasantly surprised that a shuttle service was offered to and from Paycom arena for free! "

"This was the fanciest hotel we’ve ever stayed at, but it was one night for a special trip for my boys so we splurged. The room was super clean and kept up very well, the air conditioning was controlled by a thermostat on the wall and the tv was huge! The bathroom was super clean as well. The beds were very comfortable and the pillows were great! The staff we encountered were all very friendly and seemed to enjoy their jobs! We didn’t eat breakfast but it was located in a good area from what we could tell and is very close to the Paycom Center. Easy 10-15 minute walk and we felt safe walking back after midnight from the game! It was the best stay we’ve ever had. Definitely would stay again if we ever make it back to OKC. "

"Staff and service were excellent, even the valet service. Rooms are a bit small but very clean. Nothing looked outdated. One of the top hotels I’ve stayed in. Loved having a Starbucks on-site. Definitely would recommend. "
