"We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would definitely return. The property has been newly renovated with a modern, stylish design that made the entire resort feel fresh and welcoming. Our room was exceptionally spacious and comfortably accommodated our family of four. The check-in process was quick and easy. We also really enjoyed the amenities, especially the hot tub and spa, which made our stay even more relaxing after days of hiking. The staff was friendly, attentive, and always willing to help."

"It didn't look like much from the outside, but our room was surprisingly clean. Unfortunately, it was VERY noisy with high amounts of traffic going right by the room. There were extremely bright lights right outside the door that made it look like daylight even at night. I have a really hard time sleeping with noise and light. The A/C had a very loud ROAR every time it turned on. However, the straw that broke the camel's back was the "continental" breakfast that was offered. The coffee machine offered dark brew all the way down to light brew. I chose the dark brew, and it was not even the color of a cup of mint tea. ALL of the choices were the same. When asked, the owner couldn't explain.....or fix......the problem. I have been in these types of hotels all lot lately, and it is highly common to see this type of cheap practices being used to cut costs to the bone. For a room that was almost $200 for ONE night, it is NOT OK that they cannot even provide a clean, fresh, enjoyable breakfast when advertised as such. We will not be staying at this type of hotel ever again."

"Pretty rustic lodgings. If you have a problem with musty old rooms, do not stay here. I had a headache within an hour and tried to change rooms, but all the rooms were the same damp smell. They even have dehumidifier machines in each room to try and mitigate the problem. I didn’t think this was worth the $$! The restaurant, however, was absolutely great. So much better than the inn in town. Literally everything on the menu was top notch."

"I never made it to breakfast until the last day & there were only remnants. I saw chocolate hostess cakes & some of what was left of cereal in the containers. Beds were comfortable, staff was nice but our bathroom light over mirror flickered or never worked & the test/reset buttons never kicked in for the hairdryer to work. This was much more affordable than staying up the mountain in Franklin or Highlands, but the light/hairdryer made it hard to get ready. No towel replacement on our 2nd night. "
