"Gym not opened on time in morning. This was frustrating. Rooms with sink in bedroom rather than bathroom. The wasps at breakfast really do need sorting. I think you should have some deterrents.

It was superb.
The all inclusive package is a must! The food, drinks, outdoor area, staff.. everything was great.
If I had one complaint, it’d be the bees. If there was a way to manage the bees on the property, I’d give my stay a 10/10."
"The staff were amazing and the level of hospitality made me feel like family. We were however quite disappointed with our room. The electricity was constantly tripping, the hairdryer they provided was making it trip. And if you had too many lights on at once the electricity would shut down too. The AC was quite temperamental and there was one day our room was stuck at 30 degrees but we were told by a member of staff that it was still cool in our room (?). Also even though we stayed in the more modern, updated rooms the sink kept leaking and it smelt of sewage."
"The hotel and staff are great. Beautiful pool and hotel.
What you don't know until you get there that this is for families with young children, and couples over 55 that don't want to leave the hotel.
There is nothing in the area to do except to go to the beach, which does not have beach bars.
But everything with the hotel is great."
