"We stayed here for 4 nights and upon arrival the air conditioning wasn’t working in our room. I asked about it right away and they told me the mechanic would come by to fix it. He never did. I inquired again the next day and they said he would come by the evening. He didn’t. I asked every day for the entire 4 days of our stay and we’re ensured he was coming to fix it and he never did. area looks bigger in the photos but is still a great little area to chill out and have food and drinks. The bar staff are nice and work very long days. Lady on reception is helpful but works limited hours. Overall would stay here again. Good location and clean hotel."
