"This was a great hotel stay with friendly staff and a clean, well-maintained property. For anyone looking to disconnect from the city and relax, this is the perfect spot. The hotel is surrounded by beautiful nature and offers stunning views of the lake. Its location near Saint-Agathe-des-Monts is also very convenient, with shops, restaurants, and other essentials within close distance. A peaceful and enjoyable getaway that I would gladly recommend for both solo travelers or groups."

"For the most part the resort is really lovely and staff are welcoming. I do want to call out that I had booked two rooms under same reservation. The couple we were travelling with arrived before me and checked in. They were told that they could use rooms beside each other but would be very close (one room apart) I was told the same thing when I checked in but we realised we were staying on completely different floors. When we went back to ask about this, the front desk doubled down on there being no other rooms available. It was really disappointing. The floor we were staying it was clear the rooms were empty on either side. Seemed just like a really weird thing to not let us have rooms beside each other, especially as it was made under one reservation. Think the resort should do a better job at this."

"C'est un endroit magnifique, vue sur la montagne la verdure ça coupe le souffle, le personnel très très acceuillon Clevis a la réception était très gentil à l'écoute très serviable merci beaucoup pour l'accueil. Un très beau village, le complexe est très proche de tous les magasins, les entrepôts ,entourer de tous . J'ai adoré mes vacances."

"We have been staying at this property for about 6 years now (1-2 times a year) and always enjoyed our stay. Our recent visit was not up to the regular standards by far. Room was full of ants, AC not working, our patio was overgrown with weeds and the room had unfinished walls. Very disappointing considering we have always enjoyed this property. Will not return."

"Endroit tranquille et relaxant! Nous avons apprécié la plage privée avec notre petit café du matin sur le quai, et le foyer extérieur pour un bon feu de camp le soir. Personnel attentionné à nos besoins. Grande terrasse au Cedar, pour un petit verre de vin, et regarder le soleil se coucher sur les montagnes. C’était parfait pour ce qu’on recherchait!"
