"The Venti Hotel in Maceió is overall a good hotel that meets expectations. The location is excellent, the pool area is very nice, and the beds are comfortable. The rooms are pleasantly air‑conditioned, and the lobby is also kept cool, but the moment you step out of the elevator into the corridor, the warm and humid air is quite overwhelming. "Always amazing! I’ve stayed at San Marino four times now, and the consistency is what brings me back. The staff is lovely and welcoming, making you feel at home immediately. The rooms are impressively spacious (plenty of room to relax), and the breakfast remains a highlight every morning - you must try the tapioca! There is just such a lovely feeling and "good vibes" throughout the hotel. Highly recommended!"

"Os quartos apresentam mofo e antecipei meu check out, mesmo não recebendo o reembolso das diárias restantes. Café da manhã com horário restrito e rigoroso. No domingo achei que o café fosse até às 10hrs e era tb às nove. Pedi para esquentar um lanche q comprei e fui informado da impossibilidade. É um ambiente bem simples e familiar, mas não faz jus a avaliação constante no aplicativo."
